The returned product will be checked and it should be in the good condition. The packaging should also in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Khan Alasal will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Khan Alasal reserves the right to research original purchase, limit or decline a refund.
